Terms of use

By creating a Keme account or using Keme, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Keme. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.

AI answers can be wrong

Keme’s answers come from AI models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Don’t rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions without checking with a qualified person. If an answer looks wrong or harmful, report it from the answer’s menu.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Keme to:

• break the law or help someone else break it;
• harass, threaten, or harm people, or create sexual content involving minors;
• create content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• try to get around Keme’s limits or safety features, or overload the service.

The AI providers Keme uses also have usage policies, and requests that break them may be refused. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you send Keme and what it creates for you is yours, to the extent the law allows. You give Keme permission to store and process it to provide the service, including sending it to AI providers as described in the privacy policy.

The service

We work to keep Keme available, but we can’t promise it will always be. Features and models may change. Keme is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using it.
